I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Stott Pilates instructor based in Amsterdam.
I am passionate about the life changing benefits of good nutrition, regular movement and other sustainable lifestyle interventions to support overall health and wellbeing. Good health begins with food and I believe that a well nourished body and mind make us stronger and more resilient to face the challenges of modern life. But achieving this doesn’t have to be difficult or complicated. Keeping it simple and enjoyable is my mission.
I work one-to-one with nutrition clients, run interactive kitchen workshops and teach both private and small group Pilates mat work classes.

1:1 CONSULTATIONS
I work one-to-one with clients to support their health. The number of sessions will depend on your health status and goals. I offer a number of options to choose from. Current areas of interest include: gut health, immune health, hormone balance and blood sugar balance.
KITCHEN WORKShops
Spend a morning in my kitchen learning how the body works and how to nourish it with simple, healthy, delicious food. Join one of these fun, interactive workshops: Eating for Gut Health, Eating for Menopause, Hormone Balance. Bespoke workshops available on request.
PILATES SESSIONS
Join me on the mat for either private, one-to-one or small group lessons. These can be in person or online. Discover the amazing benefits of Pilates including: increased flexibility, toned muscles, improved posture and a stronger core.
